China to create its own Starlink, launches 1st batch of satellites for megaconstellation

The Qianfan megaconstellation project, also known as the G60 initiative, was launched in 2023 with the objective of providing high-quality communication services across China. The project aims to deploy a network of over 15,000 low earth orbit multimedia satellites
