GRAP-4 enforced in Delhi-NCR as air quality reaches ‘severe plus’. What’s allowed, what’s not?

On Monday morning, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in Delhi and surrounding areas surged to the season’s highest level, reaching a staggering 484 in the ‘severe plus’ category. In response, the Commission for Air Quality Management has implemented Stage IV of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP). Schools have gone online and most trucks are banned. What are the other restrictions?
