Intel lays off 15,000 people, to cut $10bn in costs, worried about revenues not growing as expected

Intel’s CEO, Pat Gelsinger, communicated the decision to lay 15,000 people using a staff memo. Gelsinger also reveal a broader plan to $10 billion in costs by 2025. The decision to cut jobs follows a disappointing quarter for Intel, marked by increase in loss and a decline in revenue
