The 17-year-old accused in the Pune Porsche crash case, which has claimed the lives of two people, has been remanded to an observation home until 5 June. The minor will live with 30 other juveniles at the remand home and undergo counselling. Based on his time at the centre and the police evidence, the Juvenile Justice Board will decide if the teen should be tried as an adult. However, this decision could take at least 60-90 days
